Corrections are the most useful mail we get. Grading questions, licensing details that have changed, a studio that's no longer on a site — all of it helps, and all of it gets read by a person.
What we can help with
- Factual errors: licence numbers, studio names, app availability, live-table coverage.
- Questions about the eight criteria or why a brand sits where it does.
- Requests to look at a UK-licensed brand we haven't covered yet.
- Commercial enquiries — with the standing rule that money doesn't move a grade.
What we genuinely can't do
We're a comparison site with no connection to any operator's systems. That means no access to accounts, no visibility of balances or bets, and no ability to intervene in anything happening inside a casino site. Specifically:
- Account problems — verification, closures, locked logins: the operator's support team is the only route.
- Anything to do with a bonus or a bet — we can explain how offers usually work, but we can't apply, restore or dispute one.
- Formal complaints — if an operator's own complaints process hasn't resolved it, escalate to their alternative dispute resolution provider, which is named in their terms, and to the Gambling Commission if the issue is about licensing conditions.
